Durban, April All goods traffic on the "Natal-rail-ways has been suspended, -but the principal passenger services ! are being maintained with difficulty. f The press and public are denouncing the strikers.;..; :.i.r'ih%;^ Some of the labour lcad.ec&; urge the acceptance'of the Government's offer of arbitration" to prevent "trade passing to Delagoa Bay.
A cable on Tuesday stated that -1500 "employees on the Natal State railways had struck, owing; to objecting to piecework, and had refused the Government's offer 'of an inquiry. . '. ■; ■ ' " "'
