THE LANGTON GRANGE. The B.S. Langton Grange, from Liverpool and Australia, left Sydney for Auckland on Saturday and will be due here on Thursday next. THE VICTORIA. The s.s. Victoria, Captain F. G. Entwisle, arrived from Southern and East Coast ports at 9 a.m. yesterday and berthed at Houson-street Wharf. The steamer left Dunedin on the 30th ult. and called at the usua way ports, leaving Gisborne at. 11.30 a.m. on Saturday and arriving as above. She experienced strong easterly winds, with light to moderate seas, until the Ist intt., thence moderate westerly winds, with flue weather, to arrival at Auckland. The Victoria leaves for Sydney at, 6 30 p.m. to-day. THE WIMMERA. At noon yesterday the Huddart-Parker steamer Wimmera, (Captain "William Waller, arrived from Sydney, aud. being granted pratique, berthed at Quay-street jetty No. 2. The purser reports that Ihe Wimmera took her departure from Sydney at 1.30 p.m. on Wednesday last, passed Cape Maria Van Diemen at 9.30 p.m. on Saturday, and arrived as above. Moderate west winds, with smooth seas and fine clear weather, prevailed throughout the voyage. The steamer sails for East Coast and Southern ports to-morrow afternoon. THE DEN OF RUTHVEN The steamer Den of Ruthven, Captain P. Singer, arrived from Vancouver and Suva at 7 a.m. yesterday, and after inspection berthed at the Railway Wharf. The vesse' left Vancouver on March 5 and met. with heavy rain and moderate winds and sea till arrival at Sm-a on March 26 On Tuesday the steamer took her departure from Suva for Auckland at 5 p.m. and experienced fine weather until reaching port. She leaves for Wellington at 4 o'clock this afternoon. THE KIA ORA. The Shaw. Kavill nnd Albion Company's steamer Kia Ora, Captain T. H. Chud'.cy, arrived from Liverpool direct at 1.13 a.m. yesterday and after inspection berthed at Queen-street Wharf. The Kia Ora, which comes into port in first-class order, left Liverpool on February 20 and experienced fine weather until passing the Cape of GoM Hope on March 12, when the vessel met with strong south winds and heavy confused seas. These conditions prevailed for "three days, after which fine weather was met with, continuing until the Kia Ora was off the Tasmanian coaston March 25. Here the steamer encountered a strong no: gale, with heavy seas, which lasted for four days. Fine weather was then p'.cked up, the harbour being made as above. The vessel covered the distance from Liverpool to Auckland without a stop in the smart time of 42 days 1 hour and 12 minutes. On an average »he steamed 317 miles per day at 13 2} knots. The Tyser liner Niwaru, Captain H. Hollis, arrived from London, via Australia, at 12.30 a.m. to-day and took up an anchorage in the stream. The Niwaru left London on February 10 and arrived at Melbourne on March 22. After discharging cargo at the latter port she proceeded to Sydney, which port was left for Auckland on Wednesday last the harbour being made as above The voyage was an uneventful one, exceptionally fine "weather being met with throughout the trip. After inspection this morning the Niwaru will berth at Oneen-sTeet Wharf. THE TOKOMARU. The Shaw.
