The newspaper Fremdenblatt, discussing the Austro-Servian situation, says i—' The, Powers wish the threatening conflict to be momentarily averted. We wish it permanently removed. The Servian question requires radical treatment, and must get out of the world forthwith and forever." - This semi-official comment refers to the exceedingly grave deadlock that" has arisen in the negotiations due to Baron von Aerhenthal (the Austrian Foreign J Minister) objecting to the terms of the formula proposed by Sir Edward , Grey (British Foreign Minister), which would have enabled Servia to satisfy all Austria's substantive demands, and smoothed the way for a conference. It is understood that Sir Edward Grey is - preparing fresh proposals. Meanwhile. Baron von Aerhenthal withholds what is almost an ultimatum to Servia. f ■ ' (Received March 25, 11 p.m.) London, March 25. - Renter's Belgrade Agency reports that the Government has announced that Servia will unreservedly follow the advice of the Powers.
