OUTBREAKS OF FIRE.
WOOL STORE DESTROYED. [BY TELEGRAPH.-—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington-, Tuesday. The Wellington Harbour Board's wool and hemp store at the base of the Railway Wharf, Waterloo Quay, was totally destroyed by fire, with all contents, at a late hour to-night. . MOTOR GARAGE BURNED. [BY TELEGRAPH.—rRKSS ASSOCIATION.] Timarc, Tuesday. A motor garage in Stafford-street, owned by Messrs N alder and Burnett, was completely destroyed by fire last evening. Beisdcs stock, two motor cars valued ut £600 were burned. The building was owned by Mr. O'Meegham, and was insured for £400 in the Royal office. One car wai insured for £600 in the Royal; another car was insured for £300, and the interior stock and plant for £400, both in the National. A car, owned by Mr. T. B. Garrick, uninsured, was also destroyed. A SHOP DESTROYED. [BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] iNVERCAECtLL, Tuesday, A shop in Yarrow-street, occupied by Mr. James Ashley, was destroyed'by fire this morning. Besides tools, three bicycles were lost. The property was insured in the United office for £100, but the loss I is estimated at £150.
