Jane Thomas,' nursery housemaid at. Fitzpatrick's Station, Erinvale, (N.S.W.) committed suicide by tailing strychnine. She was 16 years old, and was sent up from tho Stat? Children's Relief Department, Sydney, in September. , She was discovered in «(• fainting condition, and admitted taking strychnine.
