NORTHCOTE BOROUGH COUNCIL.

' Several breaches "i\. were alleged to have been committed in connection with s the water supply, r : erection of new buildings without submitting f plans, .to tfte Council, failing to cut back overhanging hedges and trees, etc. Goldhole: The foreman of works was instructed to prepare an estimate for continuing the drain at Goldhole Beach further ouV« ; Loan Works: ;'; It was decided to ? proceed with the cutting down of the road and footbaths at Collier's Hill, and the grading : of ; Callan's Road from Princes-street to Sulphur Beach, suitable , for vehicular ; traffic, 1 im- : > mediately; both works to be done by day labour, under the supervision of. the borough engineer.
