A FINANCIER'S PROSECUTION.

London, January 26. Mr. H. Nield (Conservative member for the Ealing division of Middlesex) has been fined £100 and costs for contempt of Court for commenting in an after-dinner speech, on the strangeness of the prosecution of Mr. Horatio Bottomley, M.P., synchronising with his voting against the Licensing Bill.
