TURKISH PARLIAMENT.
By Telegr?ph.—Press Association.— Constantinople, January 1. The Sultan sent 120 carriages to convey members of the first Turkish Parliament to the Palace, where they were entertained at a banquet. The Sultan conversed with the deputies with the greatest intimacy.
