Wellington, Friday. Mr. D. McLaren, M.P., has written to the Wellington Trades and Labour Council asking permission to lay before it a scheme that he luus formulated for the consolidation of the Labour party throughout New Zealand. At its meeting last night, the Council resolved that it would bo very pleased to accept his offer.
