Although to-morrow will ;lV - " "people's clay," there will be sufficient attraction to-day to warrant a large attendance. The. afternoon will be fully ISpS taken up by riding, jumping, driving com- • petitions, etc. Judging in all the stock •' sections will commence .at nine a.m., and S/ the judges will require to 'be quick at their work in order to get through nil the classes, - jus, there has been a large increase of en|tfi#tries M compared with the 1907 show. -The show, in every department, will be a if;cord for Auckland, and the committee have been obliged to refuse numerous appli- . ■ cations for space, as all the available !§ §i ground has been taken up. It is estimated that the implements section will make the finest array yet seen at Alexandra Park.
