Charles Dean, an old age pensioner, who lived alone in a house at East Wtnton, was burned to death on Saturday night. Early on Sunday morning it was noticed that Dean's house was a smoking ruin, and his body was found among the debris. Dean, who leaves no family, was the husband of the notorious baby-farmer, Minnie Dean, who was hanged some yearsago. ■
