[By TELEGRAPH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION - .] Dunedin, Tuesday. Mr. Konino, representative of the Royal Butch Packet. Company, interviewed the representatives of the Union Steam Ship Company and the Huddart-Parker Company to-day, and arranged for establishing through booking for passengers and cargo freights from New Zealand to Sydney or Melbourne, and then by the Royal Dutch Packet Company's steamers to Java. Mr. Koning informed a press representative that passengers and cargo prospects in New Zealand did not warrant his company extending the service to the nonunion at present, but owing to the pesfi bilities of this country it might possibly do so in the not distant future.
