FALLEN SOLDIERS.
A FRENCH MEMORIAL By Telegraph.'— Association.— Paris* October 5. A monument, erected at Noissenville, to the,memory of the French soldiers who fell in the Franco-Ger-man war of 1870, was unveiled today in the presence of 65,000 spectators. ' Addresses were delivered by the representatives of the French and German Governments.
