Mrs. Taylor said she had taken the premises, but not on leasehold, , and merely as a weekly tenant. Judgment > Was given for defendant, with costs £115s. COSTS AGAINST PLAINTIFF. John Henry Human, of Auckland, sued J. Davis, Kusiotunui, for the recovery :of £1 6s lid, for goods sold and delivered.
