Phyllis Macdonald and Murdoch Mclvor, ; co-respondent, claim £500 damages, the jury returned a verdict for £250. A decree nisi was granted. The parties were married in 1889, and there were four children. A short time ago the wife benefited to the amount of £4000 by the death of her father, and left for Tasmania, where she is now living with Mclvor, who wa*-a'farmer at t Otautau. f
