HIS MAJESTY'S THEATRE. **Tbje Merrymakers" gave another of their eel ichrial entertainments at His ' Majesty's ;■:•■: Theatre last evening, and, as upon the previ- !;-' on« evenings, kept the audience in a constant ■fcaie of amusement. "Walsh's "few remarks on ramie" p.; proved exceedingly popular, and he was 'A heartily applanded, while in the second half --' . his ""melodrama" on the piano was also very diverting-. The animal social of the Oneliunga Presll.;';.';i byterian Young Men's Club was held in the | pariah hall, there being a large attendance, ■. including representatives from the Y.M.CJL and Methodist Young Men's Club. The Rev. D. D. Scott presided, and Mr. H. E. ,:'::.;,,.. Ferry acted as .master of 'ceremonies. During, - the evening games were indulged in, addresses given, and a fust-class musical pro- ' . gramme rendered.
