Timaku, Wednesday. At a meeting of the Waterside Workers' Union, 'the following motion wau passed:—"That this union considers the conduct of Mr. Justice Sim in the farm labourers' dispute tc be not in accordance with the spirit of the Arbitration Act, as understood by the mass of the workers iii New Zealand, and suggests his immediate removal as president of the ; Arbitration Court, this resolution to be sent to the Minister for Labour." ,
