SOUTHERN DIVORCE COURTS.
[by TELEGRAPH.— ASSOCIATION.] Wanoanci, Tuesday/ At the Supreme Court to-day a decree nisi was granted on the petition of a husband, •who applied under the Act of last session, which provides insanity as a ground of divorce. Christ-church, Tuesday. At the Supreme Court to-day, Charles William Ackerley, of Christchurch, clerk, petitioned for the dissolution of his marriage with Annie Mary Gladys Ackerley, on the grounds of desertion and misconduct. His Honor granted a. decree nisi, to be made absolute in three months.
