A PASSENGER'S RUG.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Tuesday. A cask of importance to the travelling public was decided by Dr. McArthur, S.M., to-day, when Paul Kennaday secured judgment for £2 10s against the. Union Company for lose of a travelling rug. The magistrate held that as plaintiff he was directed by one of the defendant company's servants there was no default or negligence on his part, and he gave judgment against , the company accordingly.
