CHURCH APPOINTMENTS.
NEW MINISTERS FOR AUCKLAND. The Rev. Frank Walter Plggot, M.A., who arrived from England on Sunday, has been '■■ appointed ;to the charge of St. Thomas', Auckland. The appointment was made yesterday by the Rev. Canon MacMurray, the Bishop's commissary. Mr. r'iggott was formerly curate of St. Aidan's, Neweastle-on-Tyne. "' The Rev. G. 0. Cruickshank, 8.A., of Keble College, Oxford, has been accepted fo- service in the Auckland diocese. He ii an old Auckland boy, who went home five years ago to Oxford, and has now volunteered for service here. ■ , t The Rev.. Cecil W. Howard, former y of the Melanesian Mission,, has also been accepted for service: in Auckland.
