[BY TELEGRAPH OViS CUItitKSPOKbEXT.] Waihi, Thursday. A meeting of the Waihi Hack Racing Club "was held last evening. A letter was received from the New Zealand Trotting Association stating that the Hack Club's disqualification in the Wee Pony case had been endorsed, but that the term of punishment would be for life. The secretary reported that the conference between the representatives of the Hack Club and Waihi Jockey Club had resulted in the commencement of a training track, which should bo finished before the cud of August.,
