Notice is hereby given that it is the inten- • tion of the Mount Albert Road Board, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by "The Road Boards Act, 1882, Amendment Act, 1888," and "The Rating Act, 1894," and all other enactments it thereto enabling, at a Meeting to be held on the third flay of August, 1908, at the Office of the Board, Morningside, to make and levy the following Water Rates, viz. — To Ordinary Supply—A Rate of (3£) three and a-half per centum on the annual rental value, with a minimum charge of (10s) ten shillings per annum, and a maximum rate of (50s) fifty shillings per annum. Non-Consumers—Upon all ratable property in the said district to which water can be but is not supplied, situated, within ono hundred yards from any part of the water-works constructed by and now vested in the said Board, a Rate of one-half of the rates above mentioned.
