At an early hour this morning the Hid Age Pensions Bill wax presented t<> the Federal House. It. provides a pension for every perxon who Una attained the an"of 65," or those who, being incapacitated from work, have attained the aire of 60. Women of 60 will receive the }H»ru<ion.
Provision is also made for invalid pensions to conic- into operation by (subsequent proclamation, under which every person above the ago of 16, permanently incapacitated, shall receive a pension.
