ONEHUNGA MAGISTRATES COURT.
The usual fortnightly sitting of the Onehunga S.M. Court was held yesterday morning. Ah-. H. W. Northcroft, S.M., presided, while .Sergeant M. Rogers represented the police. ' With, tin- exception of one, all the cases were struck out. That dealt with was ,i claim by A. J. .Andrews' and Go. against H. B. Colea, for £17 Is 10d, judgment for which was given, with £1 13s 6cl costs,:-against defendant.
