THE GOVERNOR.
His Excellency the Governor (Lord Plunket), Lady Plunket, Mr. 11. C. Waterfield (private'secretary), and Mrs. Waterfield, Miss "Creswell, and Captains Ga-thorne-Hardy and Lyon, A.D.C.'s, arrived at Kawaii! Island from Auckland on Saturday night. Yesterday His Excellency and party went over the Island on a shooting expedition, and to-day they leave in the oil launch Maroi'o oil' a fishing excursion. The weather has been very fine, and the party arc enjoying their visit very much, j being greatly impressed with the beauty |of wan. j = =======
