Wallmoit, J'.'*, presiding, Patrick Sullivan was cbargecwiifc drunkenness, resisting the police, and Staging the constable's shako, and Martin nflivan wish inciting Patrick and resisting .wast able. After hearing the evidence, P. Sullivawaj convicted on the charge of dninkennesand discharged. On the second charge of resting the. police he was fined £2 and co*t*,WUt ordered to pay the amount of darr.ageand costs. i . Martin Sullivan was fined £1 on &th charge, and costs. Orders were grated against both accused. The Bench intimated that the eases rot being dealt with leniently, in view o!ih« family connections.
