TAKE THE PLACE OF STRIKERS. By Telegraph.—Press Association— Copyright. Calcutta, April 15. When the Indian telegraphists went out on strike against the new regulations the Government drafted a number of military and postal telegraphists into the various offices. Though insufficient in numbers to overtake all the work offering, the employment of these has greatly relieved the congestion, and business is now approaching the normal.
