The following are the subdivision of the oyster fisheries set apart for picking oysters under the Sen Fisheries Act, 1907 ':— Auckland Oyster Fishery : 'Che Waiheke subdivision, which includes all bays, estuaries, and tidal waters of Waiheke and Pakeht Is- || lands, and the Great Barrier subdivision. which includes all bays, estuaries, and ',-$ tidal waters of Great Barrier Island. J% Northern Oyster Fishery: The middle sab- .jd division, which includes all bays, estuaries, arid tidal waters "between Tj Point, on ■"'.' m the south side of the entrance to the ■"*' river Waita, in the Bay of Islands, and a point on high-water mark of the sea due east of trig station No. 3, Ma-taka, near Cape Waiwiki. -
