By so doing thev are now able to lift the five tier cent, a'.cumulation of years, and some are collecting sums ranging from £100 upwards, To-day £6000 was paid out by the Public Trustee in accumulated interest, in Wellington alone. The amount that will have to be '-aid out over the whole Dominion is estimated at about £70.000.
