QUEBEC TERCENTENARY, EMPIRE CELEBRATION. By Telegraph.— Association.— London, March S. The Governor-General of Canada (Earl Grey) has expressed a hope that representatives of every.portion of the Empire will attend the Quebec tercentenary. He believes that the children of the Empire will join the Canadian children in assisting in the commemoration.
