". ; ■ ,-,- " ■y A general description of the. terms and conditions subject to which such delegation — is to be made is as follows:— ~ ' Deed of delegation to be signed- within one year from the date of the authorising,order. Tramwav to be .commenced within two years, and complied and in public use withe in five years from the date of the deed under sundry pains and penalties: the work to be in accordance wita plans approved by the Body Corporate. The term of the concession 8 is sixty years from the date of the deed and thereafter for successive periods of ten years ! - until the Body Corporate electa to purchase the undertaking at She commencement of anysuch period of ten years. The Body Corporate takes 25 per cent, of the balance of profits after payment of 10 per cent, dividend in any year to the shareholders of the said Company. The right of purchase given to the r Body Corporate is as follows:— After 39 ' veais for the amount of capital expenditure, plus 35 per cent. (II.) After 40 years for the amount of capital expenditure, pins 20 per cent. (III.) After 50 for the amount of capital expenditure, plus 10 per cent. • (IV.) After 60 years or at the end of each period of 10 years thereafter for the value as a going concern at date of purchase. .
The fares have been fixed as follows:—(I.) One Fenny for each of the 9 sections of the route, the termini of sections being the end \ I of O'Neill's ,-Road, Hauraki Road.
