Evison and Lambert (Wellington), £43 17s 4d, and costs £2 14s; A. R. 1). Watson v. Albert Beswiek, £1 2s 6d, and costs £1 17s, with immediate possession of tenement. A NONSUIT. Messrs. Kalin Bros. (Mr. Sknlton) claimed the sum of £24 from the Union Steam Ship Company, Ltd. (Mr. MeVeagh), for loss through non-delivery of two out of six packages consigned by plaintiffs from Wellington to Auckland in March of last year. Defendants " contended that there was no contract to carry the goods enumerated, plaintiffs having, either wilful!v or innocently, misrepresented the nature of the goods'. Hie goods were l shipped as frames, not mirrors or framed pictures, the freight for which would 'have been considerably greater. . His Worship decided to nonsuit the plaintiffs, on the ground that there was no contract to carry mirrors and photographs. It' merchants, for the sake of saving a few shillings in the matter of freight, misrepresented the nature of packages they must Ik; prepared to put up with the consequences in case of packages going a stray. The plaintiffs would be non-suited with'costs. ' CLAIM FOR DAMAGES. .James Lord, of the Wade, claimed from Samuel C. Lloyd ami Frederick William Legg £16 for alleged damages to his bush. Alter hearing the evidence His Worship decided to nonsuit the plaintiff, with costs £7 10s. F.CZKMA FOR YEA Its. " Mr eczema has been ten years' standing, and it. lias caused me over £300 in loss of wages. 1 am a carpenter and joiner by (ratio. 1 have been under doctors, and I also attended the skin hospital, but none of thorn did me any good. When 1 was at Hot-ley 1. purchased some of the Outicura Remedies, and I was working about all day, not giving my leg a chance, but, after purchasing twelve sets of tho Cuticura Remedies they cured the eczema in my limb. I #lsh> bad spots on (ho scalp, but they tire all gone now. J have bad these sore pimples fifty years. My scalp is nonall clean. My eczema was on the right limb from the ankle upwards, which was as raw as a piece of beef. 1 shall recommend the Cuticura Remedies to all I see afflicted with eczema. 1 was first advised to try the Cuticura Remedies by a mail who lives nt Redhill, whose father was cured of a bad eczema on the head. No doctors nor hospitals could euro it. After a few applications the whole crust of the head came off and left birii a healthy scalp.
