HOTEL BRINGS £25,600.

An auction sale of city property in the estate of the late Mr. Antonio Martin was held yesterday by Mr. T. Mandeno Jackson. The Victoria Hotel property, in Vic-toria-street, was sold for £25,600 to. the Campbell-Ehrenfried Company. Lots 3 and 5 of the Hobson-street property, with a house thereon., realised £910. A property at the corner of Hobson-street and Nelson Avenue, wit li a frontage of 33ft to the former, and of 90ft to the latter street, with two shops thereon, was disposed of for £1300. Another allotment with a frontage of 33ft to Hobson-street, and a depth of 104 ft, and a cottage of five rooms, brought £800. A section facing Nelsonstreet (portion of an allotment running through front Hobson-street), with- two cottages of live rooms each, sold for £900. The remainder of the property was passed in.
