APPEAL FOR CLEMENCY.
By Telegraph.— Association.— Calcutta, March 3. The whole of the Afridi tribes have become responsible for the future good behaviour of the Zakka Khels, and promise to punish their bad characters. They appeal to the British not to complete the ruin of the Zakka Khels for the sins of a badlybehaved minority.
