GISBORNE POLICE CHANGES.

[BY. TELEGRAPH,,OWN' CORRESPONDENT,] GISBORNE, Wednesday. An inquiry which has been in progress since last week in respect to the local police lias been concluded, and Sub-Inspec-tor Du-yor and Sergeant Treanor returned youth this evening. The investigations have been of an extensive nature, and although nothing will be decided until the report is submitted to Commissioner Dinnie, it is understood that several changes will be made in the personnel of the local force. -
