THE MOTOR CAR CASE.
The case in which Dr. F. Rayneivsued R. L. Bieliski for the recovery of £27 13s, in respect to money .paid for motor tires and damages was continued yesterday afternoon, before Mr. 0. C. Kettle. S.M., at the Magistrate's Court. Further evidence was taken for the defence. The defendant, for whom Mr. Brookfield appeared, occupied a deal of time in giving his evidence, and was very closely cross-examined by Mr. MeVeagh, for plaintiff. Mr. Kettle reserved judgment.
