At a meeting of tin* Lawrence-Roxburgh Railway League yesterday it was decided to draw the attention of the Minister foxPublic Works to tile slow pi-ogress of the construction of the railway, and to urge tliat more men be put on at the ear* est possible moment to ensure reasonable progress being made. A sum o>i £20,000 was voted for the work last session. ,
