This was a friendly action brought by Malcolm Godfrey McGregor, as executor ot / the will of William Alexander McGregor, -' against the Settlers' Steamship Company, , Limited, the object of which was to ask the , judge to direct that separate accounts be . taken for the year 3 1905-6, 1906-7, and to ascertain the amount pavable to the plaintiff. . Mr. McGregor appeared for himself,.and Mr. T. Cotter appeared for the defendants. . ; Mr. McGregor stated that the matter in dispute was the basis upon which accounts i thould be taken, together with the construe- . tion of a clause in the agreement. After hearing arguments by counsel, His Honor directed the accounts for the tears |" in question to be furnished. DIVORCE CASE. - rtebecea Marlborough petitioned for a diforce from her husband, Walter Charles Marlborough, on the ground of desertion. Th« case had been previously heard, and His Honor adjourned it for the production m further evidence regarding the husband's domicile. Yesterday additional evidence was culled by Mr. Brookfield, who appeared for r petitioner, and His Honor granted a decree .. am.
