WHOLESALE ARRESTS, PRESSMEN AND POLITICIANS. By Telegraph.—Press Association.— Copyright. St. Petersburg, December 18. One hundred and thirty-one ex-Duma deputies, of whom 87 belong to the Constitutional Democratic party, are shortly to undergo trial in St. Petersburg. The editors and staffs of two St. Petersburg newspapers, (numbering 100 altogether, have been arrested on suspicion of belonging to revolutionary organisations.
