Blenheim, Wednesday. |:bs At the Supreme Court to-day (Mr. Justice Cooper presiding), the jury returned , a verdict of not guilty in a case in which A, S. McKenzie, 24 years of age, was accused of attempted criminal assault on a young woman, aged 22. -The case in which J. Horton, an elderly
man, is charged with assault on a girl 12 years of age is being heard.
