THE SUICIDE AT WAIHI.
BOYER SUCCUMBS TO HIS INJURIES. [BY TELEGRAPH.OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Waihi, Tuesday. F. Boyer, late manager of the Waihi Workers' Co-operative Society, who took a quantity of poison and also shot himself in no less than five places after having left in the office a note announcing his intention of committing suicide, on Saturday evening, May 25, died this afternoon. The deceased, who was quite a young man, leaves a wife and family of three children. He came from Dunedin about 18 months ago to take oyer the management of the Workers' Co-operative Society.
