DEVONPORT BOROUGH COUNCIL.

The ordinary meeting of tho Devon port j Borough Council was hold'last evening,; those- present being: The Mayor (Mr. Wm. • Hundley) and Messrs. ,W. U. Timowoll, E. J. Osborne, G. A. Gribbiu, T. W. Crouch, F. H. ; Froude, 11. Wilding, P. W. McCoU Z lum, D. ,W. McLean, and Captain Geo.
