Some anarchists;set an unguarded locomotive in motion with the object of causing .it to collide with an ex-1 press train on which the Grand Duke was travelling. An engine-driver who was near sprang upon the engine when it-Was in motion and brought it to a standstill. The Grand Duke Constantine is a second cousin of the Tsar. ; •
