Thomas Orr, a claim for compensation made by Annie, Lily, and Florence Eva Hall, against I'espondeht, in respect of an accident to John Ponton Hall, who was injured: by falling from a scaffold in Txnakori Road while working for respondent, and died as a result of his injuries. : . _, • ■ ;

Judgment was given for claimants for £200 and £20 funeral expenses.
