CONSIGNMENT FOR MOROCCO.

London, May 31. A consignment of 8000 flat-nosed cartridges intended for sale at Mazagan, a seaport on the western coast of Morocco, has been seized in London aboard the steamer Morocco.
Several pf the crew have been arrested on the charge of storing the cartridges in a manner calculated to cause an explosion or a fire on the steamer. ' • i
. Recent- reports have indicated that a rebellion is in progress in the southern districts of Morocco.
