The ; Channel Fleet will, it is stated, pay a visit i to Liverpool during the. time of the celebration. Wavertree Park and the' Edgehall 1 Estate have been selected for the pageant site, and the services of Ml. D'Arcy de •; S > Ferrars, of Ilipon pageant fame, will be V;;i I engaged upon it.
