After two postponements the Onehunga Cycling Touring Club intends to bring off the five-miles race for the Pardy cud and medals on Mr. Chas. Baker's training track, Man gore, this afternoon. Christiui "300vds, B. llowellyn 325 yds, _B. Groove 350 yds, H. Pullan 450 yds, E. V. Sutherland 600 yds, W. C. Hill 700 yds. Second heat: A. G. Mason 25yds, N. Wadhain 100 yds, H. Thompson 200 yds, D. Howard 225 yds, C. Denize 300 yds, Chas. Rushbrook 250 yds, E. Poplo 350 yds, R. J. Sutherland 400 yds, A. Perrin' 450 yds, A. Sayers 500 yds, J. Duthie 550vds, J. Fletcher 800 yds. - Tho Rudge Cycling Club are holding their sixth road race over the Mangere course .of 20 miles on July 27. The prizes are £7, £2, and £1, and a gold medal will be given to tho competitor who makes the fastest time. Nominations closo with' the secretary, Mr. W. H. Sharp, on July 13. Tho most successful racing men on tho Australian racing circuit for the. season just ended (excluding amounts Avon at the Eight Hours' ( meeting, ■ Melbourne) were: H. ThomaSj with 15 wins, totalling £415; tho Westralian rider, H. Modra, who cams second with two wins, .aggregating £226: and another rider from the same State (F. Hoepner), with four wins, worth £156. Next in order comes P. Hehir, 5 wins, totalling £115; George Farley, 11 wins, £115; and T. Larcombe, one win, £110. Crack riders who could, hardly halve had a profitable season were F. Murphy, £51; O. Brook, Now South Wales champion, £40; , C. A. Best, £35 i and B. Kett, £26.
