'file acknowledsed -good qualities and success of SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT have brought out many ■ imitations. and one caso was just tried in this Supreme Court of Victoria, before His Honor Chief Justice Sir J. Madden. K.C.M Q.. etc. His Honor, in giving judgment, said that whenever an article is commended to the public bv reason of its good quality, etc., it is not permissible to imitate any of its features. He restrained the imitators perpetually from doing so, and ordered them to pay all costs. , (Ve publish this to afford the public an opportunity of securing what is proved beyond all doubt bv skilled witnesses in the Supreme Court or Victoria, and by many authorities during the last 30 years, to be v preparation of genuine merit, viz.
