The subject is tinder serious discussion also at Washing ton, where a visitation of typhoid afte; long investigation has been "ascribed, a: least in part, to impure milk. Similar in vestigations are under way in many cities and the subject is one that arouses wids public attention. General Booth has received a great pub lie welcome both at Yokohama and Tokio.
