FAILURE OF CASH PAYMENT
SYSTEM.
[BY TELEGRAPH.PRESS ASSOCIATION.] - Wellington, Monday. ! The annual balance-sheet of the Public Ser-. vice Stores Co-operative Society shows a loss during the j*ear of £950. The last half-year showed a loss which was double that sustained' in the first half. The position is attributed to lack of support by a large proportion of the shareholders, who object to cash payments. The committee propose to amend the articles of association so as to permit of monthly credit.';.;
